Isoken Became Vicious

"If I slap you"! That was what she said. Everyone in the schoolyard was puzzled by her guts, her audacity and the firmness of that half sentence.  Every school mate was shocked. And even those who were not around the vicinity where the verbal attack took place were seen approaching the battlefield in a haste.
Everyone was startled. Except her. The words she uttered to Osaze, the most handsome yet scariest senior boy, were not just empty threats. They were words full of content  life and readiness to be fulfilled. She was damn serious. One more act of nuisance and Osaze would have been the receiving end of a peppery slap.
They all knew what would happen next. They all knew what Osaze was capable of doing to her after school. She would regret every syllable she uttered. Before the teachers dismissed the students, most of Isoken 's schoolmates were lamenting over her destiny. Very few of them could discern that behind that threat, there were  bitterness, anger and high - leveled depression emanating from a venomous heartbreak.
Osaze was not the first person to like her. Many a boy were mesmerized by her beauty, caramel - skinned body, almond - shaped eyes and killer smile.  They wanted her badly and uncontrollably. But not all of them dared to express their innermost feelings for her. For two reasons :
1.     Osaze was not to compete with. He was the fiercest, heartless bully in and out of school. As far as the males are concerned, if Osaze marked a girl as his new trophy, no one was to get close to her. They were not to cross Osaze's path, otherwise the consequences would be painful and possibly fatal.
2.     Isoken was no longer the same girl. From a sweet heart, she became a mini version of Taraji Henson in  Acrimony. She was embittered, unapproachable, unhappy, non - chalant and dark in heart. Her ex did a great job in transforming her into becoming vicious. Isoken became vicious.
Who is her ex? Why did she allow him to control her persona?  How would she handle Osaze?  But most importantly :

Who is Isoken?
